YOUR MISSION
Arovo is expanding rapidly and is therefore looking for an enthusiastic license & project manager who can create an overview and clear action points of the product development process. You will coordinate product development from A to Z. You are the one person who has contact with all departments from PD to Sourcing and Sales. Own input in various phases of the product development process is appreciated. You will be working in the team that is responsible for the product categories Personal Care, Multimedia and Fashion and taking care of brands like ELLE, Cosmopolitan and McGregor. You will be the main contact for all stakeholders in the product development process. Next to that you will be responsible for license management for 1 or more licenses within Arovo’s portfolio and possible new licenses in the future.

For close to 30 years Arovo has been designing and developing homewares products for the largest retail chains in Europe and beyond. Starting with ceramic dinnerware – in which Arovo is now one of the largest suppliers in Europe – Arovo has expanded into kitchenware, home décor, personal care, multimedia, and fashion. As well as designing and sourcing for private label customers in these categories we also offer leading international brands including MasterChef, The Great British Bake Off, ELLE, Cosmopolitan and McGregor.

- Manage artwork content
- Product and packaging requirements
- Customer and brand requirements
- Legal and technical requirements

- Collect all product and packaging information from sales, sourcing, and product development
- Manage legal requirements with 3rd party
- Manage translations with 3rd party
- Sample and packaging approvals (incl. customer and licensor approval)
- Back planning per brand plan and/or per order
- Timings and deadlines for artworks, samples and approvals

Manage all communication and approvals with the brand

- Regular update meetings with brand
- Product approvals

- Preproduction/Production sample approvals
- Digital asset / marketing approvals

Reporting

- Royalty reporting as per the contract (provided by finance)
- Reporting of Invoiced/Booked/Forecast vs Minimum Guarantee
- Status of ranges
- Status of approvals

- Coordinate Sales presentations
- Coordinate Product catalogues
- Supporting materials for events, fairs etc.

WE GET EXCITED IF YOU:
Have a BSc or MSc degree
Have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a pre)
