Arovo, the Benelux based homewares supplier, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Fletcher tothe new position of Chief Operating Officer, Arovo Group. 

As Arovo continues its rapid growth trajectory Stephen will be responsible for optimising and streamlining theoperational functions across the Arovo Group from sourcing through order to final customer delivery.

Stephen has significant experience managing and improving operationsin different companies in many of the same product categories as Arovo. These products were sourced and shipped from factories in both Asia and Europe. He has also past experience working within a private label and branded goods environment in a Benelux headquartered company.

He has previous experience working in the Benelux in a COO role in a design, sourcing and brands business. He knows and has worked with many members of the Arovo team. He has experience working with the same product categories, and his recent period at a leading loyalty company gives him important knowledge of thedifficulties of managing complex, high volume orders – something that is becoming the norm at Arovo. His appointment will enable me to focus my energy on product development as well as managing a select number of key customer and supplier relationships that have been Arovo partners for many years.”

Stephen takes up the position of COO of Arovo from February 1, 2022.
